Roger stated that he said had an appointment at 7pm on 09-04-2010, but didn’t say where or with who other than Roberson County.
Roger is a friendly person who often helps homeless people. His family states that Roger told them that he was going to go attend a meeting. Roger’s family states that it is possible that he went to visit a individual that owed him money. His family talked to him by phone shortly after he left, and then a short time later a friend briefly talked to him in Red Springs. After Chambers left the friend, he reportedly went into town (Red Springs NC) and was never seen again. He has not been seen or heard from since. Last seen driving a 1993 Toyota Camry dark green in color 4 door. Vehicle has dents on the passenger side on both doors. Windows are lightly tinted. Vehicle has chrome rims. License plate YZF-4849 (North Carolina). His car has never been located. Foul play is suspected.

Robert is of Italian decent, and olive complexion, with short brown hair, large brown eyes, has a stocky build and probably has either a goatee or full beard and mustache. Robert has a tattoo on his right upper arm of a sacred heart with the name Adele in the center. He also has a tattoo on his left upper arm of a cross with the name Robert Scott and the dates 1963-1994 R.I.P. on it.
